Cynthia works from a Person Centered and Strengths Based orientation; she is committed to helping people feel empowered\, discover\, and utilize their strengths\, understand the “why” in what they are experiencing\, and find an outlet for their emotions. Cynthia’s specialty is Expressive Arts Therapy; an approach where various arts- movement\, drawing\, painting\, music\, writing\, sound\, and improvisation are used in a supportive setting to facilitate growth and healing. Through the Expressive Arts\, Cynthia helps her patients discover outlets for their experiences and emotions when words are not accessible. \n

As Manager of Community Engagement\, he oversees IRC community relations\, Language Access and Cultural Competency (LACC)\, emergency services\, and Service Access and Equity. He is also charged with addressing the disparity in the purchase of services through the successful implementation of Community-Based Organization programs\, which receive grant funding from the State of California Department of Developmental Services. \nCJ is a December 2\, 2015\, terrorist attack survivor. The events of 12/2/2015 acted as a catalyst for him to complete a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a Specialization in Homeland Security\, Leadership\, and Policy from Northcentral University\, San Diego. She has been a contributor to The Mighty\, Scary Mommy\, Global Genes\, and The Hemophilia Federation of America’s Infusing Love blog. Cazandra is a columnist for Hemophilia News Today\, wrote a monthly column on faith for the The Sentinel\, and is also a regular writer for LA Kelley Communications. \nCazandra graduated from Galena Park High School in Galena Park\, Texas where she describes her high school years as some of the best of her life. She attended Houston Baptist University and earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree and taught band for over 13 years before changing careers and working in the healthcare industry.
