DESCRIPTION:HFSC Welcomes You! IGNITE YOUR HEALTH!\nBreak away from your routine and invest in self care with sisterhood\, education and rejuvenation. Renew your passion for priorities in your life that matter: health\, family\, and goals. The bleeding disorders community of women is ready to IGNITE – you bring the fuel\, we’ll bring the SPARK!  \nWe’ll be gathering in person for HFSC’s Women’s and Teen Girls Retreat at the Marriott Irvine Spectrum Hotel. For women and teen girls ages 12+ (including female identifying) with bleeding disorders\, or caregivers or partners of those with bleeding disorders. Space is limited! \nThough masking indoors is not currently required\, HFSC highly encourages all participants to continue to mask at all times when not actively eating or drinking to prevent the spread of COVID\, flu\, and other respiratory illnesses. If you or anyone in your household is experiencing any symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing\, wheezing\, shortness of breath\, runny nose\, temperature greater than 100.4 degrees F\, loss of sense of taste or smell\, please let us know you are unable to attend. \nSingle Room Registration: $30.00 \nShared Room Registration: $15.00 *Shared Room within your household only\, maximum of four people per room* \nDay Attendee (Please join us on both Saturday and Sunday): Free (no hotel room) \nParking is FREE (validated by HFSC) \nUnderstanding that times are difficult for many families\, please contact HFSC at events@hemosocal.org to discuss a fee waiver application. \nWHAT TO BRING: \nComfortable clothing\, toiletries\, factor\, and any other medications needed.
