Family Information Day is an annual event held to educate, inform, and support the bleeding disorders community in Southern California.
Attendees ages 3+ will receive a ticket to Knott’s Berry Farm .
**THIS EVENT IS FOR COMMUNITY MEMBERS WITH BLEEDING DISORDERS AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY ONLY**
Event Day Details:
Parking: Parking is FREE at the Hotel.
Food: Lunch will be provided. HFSC will do our best to accommodate food restrictions that are noted in the registration.
Youth Program: Children ages 5-12 have the option to be checked in to our Youth program. If you choose not to register your child or if your child does not qualify for the youth program, please be aware that you are responsible for your child at all times during the program.
Tickets to Knott’s Berry Farm will be distributed ONLY after the event is completed in its entirety and ONLY for members attending the educational sessions. If you are not present at the event, unfortunately, we cannot give you a ticket.
** HFSC collects data from visitors to this site. Information collected is entered into the HFSC database. The visitor will be placed on a list to receive HFSC e-mail communications (HFSC once a month event notices and any other notices of importance to the bleeding disorders community and others), as well as occasional communications by regular mail. Visitors who do not wish to receive communications from HFSC have the opportunity to opt out at any time.
