EVENT INFORMATION

Our Annual Family Information Symposium is a signature educational and community gathering designed to bring families together while sharing the latest information on treatments, resources, and support for bleeding disorders. The day addresses the psychological and social impacts of living with a bleeding disorder, helps prepare youth members for summer camp, and encourages empowerment and advocacy among individuals and families.

This year, we’re expanding the experience by coming together for a picnic-style celebration in the park — a day of fun in the sun where our community can connect, relax, and enjoy time together. Families can look forward to carnival booth games, picnic lawn games, and activities for all ages, creating space to learn, laugh, and build lasting connections.

NOTE: As a thank you for attending and participating in the full event, each participant (age 3+) will receive a Knott’s Berry Farm ticket at the conclusion of the event to enjoy with their family. Participants must arrive by 8:45AM and stay to the conclusion of the event in order to be eligible for ticket. Tickets will expire 12/10/2026. Must register group no later than 04/10/2026 at 11:59PM in order to be guaranteed a ticket. Registrations after April 10 will be given on an standby availability basis only and are not guaranteed. Please register early in order to secure your group’s tickets. Participants in group who do not attend the full event are NOT eligible for tickets.
