Celebrate how blood brings us together. Hear from community members, share your own hopes and dreams for the hemophilia community, and explore how to support and empower one another.
Per HFSC policy, upon arrival all attendees are required to present a COVID-19 vaccination card (booster shots are highly recommended) or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to entry. All attendees must continue to wear masks/face coverings at all times, regardless of vaccination status, unless actively eating or drinking.
