Join HFSC at our in-person Snowflake Dinner in La Cañada sponsored by BioMarin! Due to COVID precautions, HFSC will be hosting smaller gatherings to celebrate the end of the year. We’ll be providing some bleeding disorders education and then playing games with prizes supplied by HFSC.

“Gene Therapy Jeopardy!”

An interactive game featuring the underlying principles of ongoing gene therapy research! You will need a phone to play this game (free wifi will be provided). HFSC Swag to the winners provided by HFSC!

All children and teens 18 and under in attendance will receive a $25 Amazon gift card in lieu of a gift this year. Please note this dinner is limited to the patient with a bleeding disorder and their immediate family only.

Per HFSC policy and NHF guidelines, all attendees ages 12 and older are required to present proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours prior to entry. All attendees must continue to wear masks/face coverings at all times, regardless of vaccination status, unless actively eating or drinking.

Play our White Elephant game! Bring a wrapped item $10 or less with a “self-care” theme to exchange with other attendees!

How to Play:

Each player brings one or more wrapped gifts to contribute to a common pool
Players draw numbers to determine what order they will go in
The first player selects a gift from the pool and opens it
The following players can choose to either pick an unwrapped gift from the pool or steal a previous player’s gift. Anyone who gets their gift stolen in this way can do the same – choose a new gift or steal from someone else.
Parking on the left at the private lot slightly past the clubhouse. Pursuant to LA County Guidelines, COVID vaccinations are strongly recommended and masks must be worn when food is not being served.
