Arturo brings over 20 years of experience in commercial construction project management. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California and has led large-scale projects in roles spanning engineering, field management, cost control, and project management, bringing strong expertise in operations, budgeting, and strategic planning. He is known for a thoughtful, disciplined, and solutions-driven leadership approach.
A lifelong resident of Long Beach, California, he is married with two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, quality time with his family, boy’s soccer games, reading, and mentoring others.
One of his sons was born with hemophilia, and through his family’s journey, Arturo has been an active member of the Hemophilia Foundation of Southern California, gaining first hand insight into the importance of education, advocacy, and support services. He is honored to serve on the Board of Directors and contribute both professional expertise and personal commitment to advancing HFSC’s mission.
